Diamkan hingga mengembang.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Buang gas dalam adonan, pipihkan. Potong bentuk balok 1×2 cm.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Satukan 2 buah potongan adonan, tekan bagian tengahnya dengan sumpit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak, tarik sedikit adonan dan goreng hingga matang. Angkat.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Taburkan keju leleh di tengah atas &lt;span class="hl1"&gt;cakwe&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan daging asap dan peterseli cincang di atasnya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panggang dalam oven api atas 180°C hingga keju meleleh. Didihkan air, lalu masukkan daging, jantung dan lidah sapi. Kemudian        masukkan bumbu yang dihaluskan, daun kunyit, serai dan daun jeruk. Tapi abang - abang yang jualan ini cemilan dah jarang banget di Jakarta, jadi..bikin aja yukkss...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Belanja dulu yukz :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 potong tahu putih, masing-masing dibagi dua&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sendok makan mentega&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;minyak goreng secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan kuah :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 mL air&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gram gula merah&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu halus :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;6 siung bawang merah, dipotong kasar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 siung bawang putih, dipotong kasar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;7 biji cabe rawit, dipotong kasar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 biji cabe hijau, dipotong kasar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan pelengkap :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sedikit cuka&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;irisan cabe rawit secukupnya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sekarang ke dapur yukz :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Rebus gula merah bersama air di dalam panci, lalu saring dan biarkan dingin.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Semua bahan bumbu halus dicuci bersih lalu digiling agak kasar menggunakan chopper.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lalu masukkan bumbu giling tadi ke dalam gula merah cair, tambahkan garam dan cuka, masak sebentar saja. Angkat dan simpan di dalam mangkuk kecil.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Siapkan wajan, panaskan minyak goreng, goreng tahu hingga berwarna kecokelatan, jangan terlalu kering. Angkat dan tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Siapkan cobek bersih, masukkan tahu goreng satu persatu sambil ditekan-tekan dengan alat penggerus cobeknya namun jangan sampai hancur. Tidak terlalu sulit kok:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 ekor ayam kampung, potong jadi 4 bagian&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500 ml air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 siung bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 butir kemiri&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdm ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 sendok teh garam, semua bumdu dihaluskan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan kremes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;350 ml air rebusan ayam berbumbu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 sendok makan tepung beras&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu halus, remas-remas hingga rata, diamkan selama 30 menit hingga bumbu meresap.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Rebus ayam bersama air, masak sampai ayam matang.
